New Rain Water Collection System

Mike recently installed a rain-water collection system at the winery. A screen attached to the rain gutter separates larger debris such as leaves and pine needle from the water. Initial run-off is collected into a separate drum and considered the pre-wash for the actual collected water. This clears dirt and debris from the winery roof. [...]
